Lower pull exercises to strengthen back and shoulder muscles


One of the most basic exercises to strengthen the back and shoulder muscles together is the lower drag exercises.


In this exercise, you sit on the drawing device so that the ball holds the letter V as we will explain in the video below.

Then you pull the weight with your hands too slowly to return to the starting position but also slowly.

With each pull down you make a noise and with the exhilaration you exhale.

You do this exercise in 3 rounds with rest between each round and the repetitions start from 3 to 10 repetitions with weight gain in the last 3 repetitions.
